Over the last 26 years, Bobbi and Tom Best, Directors of Best Resources /Texas Institute of NLP, have continued to refine the format and content of their NLP Certification Trainings. In addition to directing Best Resources/ Texas Institute of NLP for the past 12 years, Tom and Bobbi created and directed NLP Austin for 5 years, the NLP Center of Maui for 5 years and Arizona NLP for 5 years offering NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification and specialty trainings.

The fields of business, education, health, parenting, therapy, and personal change work have all benefited from NLP innovations. NLP Practitioners have developed health applications including processes to speed healing through enhancing the body-mind connection. Parenting skills, public speaking, stage fright, sports performance, allergies, phobias, trauma. The areas where NLP training and counseling are effective is as extensive as the human desire to create a life that matters in a changing world.  NLP Practitioners have taken their skills in spiritual directions, assisting others to align personal behaviors and beliefs with a “higher purpose “.
