I believe that all people are basically nice and want to achieve their best.

My philosophy of  life and management is based on A. Einstein’s “Everything should be made as simple as possible but not simpler”.

My coaching/training style is dominated by three key principles:

high expectations from my clients;

positive and open mind;

free surfing to explore the world of opportunities to find simple solutions that work for my client.

Areas of my interest and expertise include personal and organizational development and improvement, management, communications, project management, life/time management and cross-cultural sensitivities/competences.

I’m particularly interested in business communications. For many years I have been successfully applying “management through communications”  concept throughout my own career and enthusiastically share it with clients and colleagues.

My professional background includes work for both, international/local businesses and public sector; I have been working in different fields, such as international trade, public education, catering, international development, media, legal services, chemical industry. The posts I held included PR manager and PR Director, Financial Viability Director, Business Development Director, Project Officer.

I hold Executive MBA from IBR, Institute of International Business Development (Steinbeis University, Germany) and since my graduation in 2004 until 2010 I continued to cooperate with IBR, training students in communication skills and tutoring for a number of courses, including international business, cross-cultural management and project management.
